Around the Block

Yesterday Elise challenged Abigail to a race around the block, Abigail won, but I think it was all part of Elise's plan.
I went to Tulsa to visit my Aunt, and was surprised to see that she had ten hours of video that she wanted to make movies with! So, I decided that i had better get started. I made "Spencer Swimming" (Above), and "The Great Spence Goes to Texas" (Below).

Sunday Q

Sunday morning we filmed people coming in and asked them what they were afraid of, then, after we were done, I had about fifteen minutes to edit it and show it in church that morning.

My Fable

The Lawyer
Now there was a very wealthy man, who was a lawyer. This man worked every day, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays, and 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends. He owned many things: big house, nice car, etc. But for some reason he was not happy, so he thought he should get more. So he did, but he still wasn’t happy. Time went on, and after about a month he got fired. At first he didn’t know what to do, but he found a job (this job didn’t make near as much) and was somehow happy. Then he soon found out that no matter how much stuff you get, it really doesn’t make you happy; in fact it normally works the opposite.

-No matter how much stuff you have, in the end it is still just stuff.
-Hard times can be very helpful in the long run.

I was watching my lava lamp today, and...

I was watching my lava lamp today; I turned it on, lay down next to it, and just watched it. After about 20-30 minutes it was glowing red-orange, I haven’t seen it do that before. And after another 5-10 minutes it started making tiny bubbles. I love to see it at this point, where it makes tiny bubbles, then they get colder and fall like a bubble shower. But then, after about 5 more minutes, I saw that the bubbles had bubbles - there was air inside - and then the bubbles started popping! The bubbles would pop and make a tiny explosion! Once or twice they popped and blew up into about 30 half-gone, eraser-sized bubbles. I watched for about 20 minutes until it stopped. It was the first time that I have ever seen a bubble within a bubble; it was cool!
-P.S. sorry about what looks like
bad grammar (lay down next to
it, other), but I looked it
up and it is proper grammar

karen stealing dad's strudle

I am in Texas with my grandma (Yay!), so my dad (he is in oklahoma) called me on the phone to have breakfast with my family, talk in the middle of the table on speakerphone when everyone was talking regular, to me and to everyone else. They had homemade (bought at the store and made at home) bacon, eggs, and toster strudle, Abigale (my 2 year old sister) thought it was very fun, and Elise (my 6 month old sister) almost had her first bite of egg, then Karen (my step-mother) stole dad's strudle! But it was fun.
